The Aura can be described as the energy field around a person that reflects through colour their current state. These energy fields extend around the perimeter of our body and so it is possible to have your aura influenced by others or vice versa. Since our energy is always in flux and changing our aura’s also change depending on our mood, mental, emotional and energetic state. Nevertheless most people have a dominant aura colour which can range from all the 7 colours in the rainbow. There are also extra special types of auras called ‘rainbow auras’ that ancient healers usually have.
Everyone has an aura and has the ability to read not only your own aura but others too. It is an activity that takes practice and time so it is important to be patient with yourself in expecting results.
Steps on how to read an Aura:
- The subject should be in front of a white or plain background
- Focus on their third-eye with the intention of seeing their Aura
- Look to the peripheral and on the edge of the physical body you should see a glowing colour – that would be your aura
- To read for yourself you can either practice in the mirror or hold you hand up against a white wall
If you are still struggling to read an aura after practicing and sometime, it could be that you are experiencing the affects of a blocked third-eye chakra. Meditation can assist with healing and unblocking this chakra.
