Enlightened Tastebuds

In 2019 just before my enlightenment I was an extremely fussy eater and wouldn’t be eager to try much. Once my gifts started opening my physical body naturally followed suit in practicing yoga regularly and by taking a keener interest in my appetite and diet. As a practicing Hindu I do abstain from meat on a Monday (Shiva-Shakti) and a Friday (Shakti) but besides from that I chose to not exclude any foods based on my religious and spiritual beliefs. Hindus believe that when you consume another living being you also take on their karma and many spiritual people stay away from animal meats since they find it difficult to process and digest. In the earlier stages of my enlightenment I was totally put off meat and hardly consumed any, but this was not ideal since I am anaemic and supplementing with vitamins was not sufficient at the time. In our experience here on Earth we are made up of Body (physical vessel), Mind (thoughts and emotions) and Soul (religious beliefs and connection with spirit). As much as it is interesting to explore the Spirit and Mind it is important that we tend to the needs of the body first.

When we are ascending and developing within our spirit and mind in the way we think and see ourselves in this world, the needs of our physical body also change. Everything we engage with has a vibration, the different foods we eat have different vibrations so trying new foods or having a better balanced diet will help you feel more grounded, focused and energised in your physical vessel. Many empaths and psychics tend to struggle with stomach issues and lack of appetite, reason being because we take in a lot of energy and emotions through our stomach which may give us the illusion of feeling full. The only constant is change, so holding space for your needs as they change is the best way to be kind and nurturing toward your body.
