The Akashic records are an energetic body of knowledge that is rooted in the ancient pyramids of Giza. The pyramids were also build in perfect alignment with specific star constellations and are a useful visualisation tool if you are attempting to connect with your records.

Our reincarnations are not limited to the Earth plane but since that is all we understand in this existence it will be difficult for you to pick up in detail lifetimes experiences on other planes and dimensions.
